1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 67 Speed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform provides an AI-powered arm speed challenge game. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

67 Speed allows users to test their arm speed using a web-based AI pose tracking system. The service includes real-time motion detection, scoring, and global leaderboards.

3. Fair Play and Game Integrity

To maintain a competitive and fair environment, users agree to following rules:

  • No Cheating: You may not use external scripts, automated tools, or physical mechanical devices to simulate arm movements or manipulate scores.
  • Accuracy: The score is calculated based on AI's detection of physical movement. Attempts to "hack" the detection logic to gain an unfair advantage may result in a leaderboard ban.
  • Authenticity: Leaderboard entries should represent genuine human effort.

4. User Accounts & Leaderboard

  1. Leaderboard Submission: When you submit a score, your nickname, score, and country will be public.
  2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for any activity under your account.
  3. Right to Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any score from the leaderboard that is deemed suspicious, fraudulent, or associated with inappropriate nicknames.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Game: The 67 Speed name, logo, tracking logic, and website design are the property of 67speed.net.
  • AI Models: The tracking technology utilizes third-party libraries (Google MediaPipe). You agree to respect the respective licenses of these components.

6. Privacy & Camera Use

Usage of the camera is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that all video processing happens locally on your device and no video is stored on our servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

67 Speed is provided "as-is". We are not responsible for:

  • Minor tracking inaccuracies due to lighting or hardware limitations.
  • Any physical injury resulting from the physical activity of the challenge. Users are advised to warm up and play in a safe, clear space.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service or ban your IP/Account from the leaderboard for violations of the Fair Play policy.
